Terms of Use & Diagnostic Tool Waiver
Version terms-v1.0-draft-2026-07-29 · Effective July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of the WealthCode Diagnostic Engine (the "Tool"), an automated preliminary estimating tool provided by GenWealth 360. Please read them in full before running a diagnostic.
1. The Tool provides a preliminary automated estimate only
The Tool produces a preliminary, automated, directional estimate of potential annual tax savings opportunities. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The output is a range, not a calculation of your actual tax liability, and not a projection of savings you will realize.
2. No advice and no professional relationship is created
Nothing produced by the Tool constitutes tax, legal, investment, accounting, or financial advice. Using the Tool does not create an advisory, fiduciary, certified public accountant, attorney-client, or any other professional relationship between you and GenWealth 360, its affiliates, or any individual associated with them.
3. The estimate rests entirely on information you supply
The estimate is generated solely from the information you submit, whether by uploading documents or entering figures manually, combined with general modeling assumptions. GenWealth 360 does not independently verify anything you submit. If what you submit is incomplete, mistaken, or misread by the Tool, the result may be materially inaccurate.
Where the Tool cannot confidently read a value from an uploaded document, it will ask you to confirm that value. Confirming a value is your representation that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4. Actual outcomes depend on facts the Tool does not capture
Real tax outcomes depend on your complete financial picture, entity structure, state and local law, the timing of transactions, changes in federal tax law, and professional judgment applied to your specific circumstances. The Tool models a limited number of strategies against a limited set of inputs and necessarily omits factors that could increase or eliminate any indicated opportunity.
Certain figures used by the Tool, including bracket thresholds for future tax years, may be estimates that have not been officially published.
5. Do not rely on the result — consult a professional
You should not treat the result as final, complete, or actionable, and you should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of it. Before making any tax, financial, entity, or investment decision, consult a qualified tax, legal, or financial professional — such as the team at GenWealth 360 — who can review your full circumstances.
6. Waiver and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that GenWealth 360 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, tax, penalty, interest, lost opportunity, or other damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Tool or its output. The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. You agree not to submit documents or information belonging to another person without authority to do so, and not to attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Tool or its underlying models.
The methodology, thresholds, and modeling logic behind the Tool are proprietary to GenWealth 360 and are not disclosed through the Tool.
8. Affirmative acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and continuing, you affirmatively agree to these terms, confirm that you have had the opportunity to read them, and acknowledge that any estimate the Tool produces is preliminary, non-binding, and not advice. Your acceptance is recorded with the version of these terms and the date and time of acceptance.
If these terms are updated, you will be asked to review and accept the updated version before running another diagnostic.
