This consent is optional. It is presented separately from the Terms of Use & Diagnostic Tool Waiver, which is required.
1. What you are agreeing to
If you check the consent box, you agree that GenWealth 360 may contact you by telephone, email, or text message about your diagnostic results and related services, including at the phone number and email address associated with your account.
2. It is optional
Declining this consent does not affect your ability to create an account, run a diagnostic, see your result, or return later to view your saved results. The box starts unchecked and stays unchecked unless you check it.
It is, however, the only way to tell us you want a follow-up conversation about what your result means. If you decline and later change your mind, you can accept it the next time you are presented with the disclosures, or simply request a consultation directly.
3. Frequency, cost, and opting out
